* Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation 50% fee.
2. No-Show Policy:
* If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged full amount.
3. Late Arrivals:
* If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
4. Refunds:
* Cancellation fees and no-show fees are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions:
* We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis with compassion and understanding.
